When first starting out and offering free webinars, is there a minimum number of attendees to hold the event for? I recently had 2 attendees sign up for a free webinar and still saw value to hold the event for the practice, learnings of worked/didn't work, and gain followers (future paid clients and word of mouth). The downside is the work it takes is the same for 2 or 20 attendees and also internally, I worried about what the 2 attendees would think when they saw that they were the only ones attending. Thank you!
I have a question about one on one coaching. Is it ok to use slides during the session? To maybe show a diagram or explain a concept. Or even just to set the Agenda? thanks!
How do you approach potential ideal client in Facebook or LinkedIn groups that you're not a part of? And what's the best way to convert your YouTube subscribers to your email list?
The questions in the AMA were great. How do I go about getting clients? I want my coaching sessions to be virtual but my marketing can be in person, so how do I get clients locally? How do I get clients online?
Also thank you for offering loads of information for free. I truly appreciate it.
I heard you say you started your business by speaking anywhere that would have you. How did you get those opportunities and how did you use them to enroll clients? What was the sales cycle like for that? How long was it, on average? What was the path people took to go from attendee to client? What did you speak about and what was the next step people took in your pipeline after hearing you speak? Thank you!
After the initial nurture sequence of 6 or so emails following a person having downloaded a freebie, what are different ways to keep leads engaged? A weekly newsletter? What type of content should I focus on?
What is the best way to move clients who started for free (as practice for me as a new coach) to paid clients? I have a couple of coaches who has asked me. Thank you!

What’s the most effective digital marketing strategy for coaches to consistently generate leads, without relying on networking or in-person events?
Are there any specific tactics or ideas that tend to attract more clients online?
